Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Network and Telecommunication support – onsite and remotely.
Working experience supporting ICT Infrastructure and its associated technologies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies:
Ability to analyze, resolve problems and perform root cause analysis on ITC equipment.
Understanding of available technologies and features.
Understanding of infrastructure solutions and related equipment provided by SPOC (Additional training to be provided)
Desired Experience & Qualification:
Matric with relevant IT Qualification from an accredited educational institution.
