When the personal life of one of Ali’s patients upsets him, he turns in himself and is unable to focus on the preparations for the upcoming board meeting. Tanju struggles to cope with the loss of a patient.

Ferman turns out to be Ali’s unlikely saviour from the board meeting, however, this doesn’t lead to the happy ending Ali was expecting. Tanju seems to be losing his taste for all the scheming which upsets Kivilcim.
