Job Title: IT Coordinator
Location: Umhlanga, Durban

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Procurement – Quotations/ Requests/ Tracking orders
Reporting with Finance Department (invoicing requests /queries/Delivery trackers/account allocations)
Liaising with 3rd party vendors for installations/ maintenance work
SLA management both internal and external
Stock Control – IT Storeroom- Up to date inventory and weekly stock take
Management of business Cell contracts (Vodacom & MTN)
Waste Disposal Management
Reporting
Laptop Inventory and Asset Management
Printer Maintenance and Repair
Project Coordination
Documentation (Processes and Systems)
Snipe IT – Asset Management/repairs/tagging/asset assignments
Capacity Management co-ordination for the Sales floor

Desired Experience & Qualification:
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Matric
Must have at least 2 years’ experience within an IT department in a similar role
Project co-ordination (Internal and External)
3rd party vendor management
An understanding of the IT Processes (Procurement, SLA, approval, and Escalation)
Strong Administration skills
SLA Management (Internal and External)
Documentation (Processes and Systems)
IT Procurement Process
Knowledge of Computer Hardware and Software

Preferable:
A+ and N+ qualification

Package & Remuneration:
