From the humble beginnings of 10 students in 2006 in Kericho, we have trained over 4000 young men and women to date.

We are concerned with the acquisition of knowledge and skills for the world of work, and is expected to help youth and adults develop the skills they need for employment, decent work and entrepreneurship, promoting equitable, inclusive and sustainable economic growth. We offer a wide range of technical and business courses leading to the award of artisan, certificate, and diploma. At our institution, students undertake comprehensive skills training offered through competency-based education and training approaches to acquire skills.
