- General office, filing and administrative duties
- General reception duties and tend to incoming telephone calls and action accordingly
- General typing and updating of client information and documentation on our internal system
- Invoicing and Quotations
- Weekly productivity reports for business development admin.
- Recordkeeping and updating of daily attendance register
- New client registration documentation – collation and submission to respective unit
- Handling of marketing job advertisements (CVs shortlisting and screening of suitable candidates and contacting potential candidates for interviews)
- Travelling with the Director to provincial offices, Kwazulu Natal, Western Cape and Eastern Cape Province on monthly basis
- Weekly reporting to Director on progress made with tasks and highlighting exceptions
- Attending Briefing sessions and acting as Personal assistant to the Director
- Co-ordination of all marketing training activities (prepare venue and refreshments and training material) And any other task necessary for the conduct of the employer’s business, as the employer may from time to time direct.
Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm, Internship, Graduate
Contract length: 24 months
Salary: R4,500.00 – R5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
