A well-established Information and Telecommunications company is seeking a Telesales Consultant to join company located in Johannesburg North.
We are looking for a well-spoken individual who is responsible for soliciting sales over the telephone.
Your responsibilities will include contacting potential customers, focusing on customer needs to close sales, set up appointments and documenting customer information, comments and reactions.
You need to have excellent communication skills as well as sales ability. You should be proficient in keeping records, and able to handle all aspects of making a sale.

IT Industry experience is essential
Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales.
Gathering and documenting customer information and reactions.
Excellent problem-solving skills – Finding solutions for customers queries
Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
Answering customers’ questions on the products.
Meeting sales quotas.

Package & Remuneration:
Basic Salary: starting from R6,500 dependant on industry experience and track record.
Commission earnings capped at R20,000 per month and carried over
